Baltimore, MD (August 8, 2017) – The Mullan Contracting Company has completed renovation activities on the Norris Acura West dealership owned by Norris Automotive Group, located at 8559 Baltimore-National Pike in the Ellicott City section of Howard County. The dealership offers a wide variety of new and preowned cars, trucks and SUVs under the Acura brand, as well as an on-site repair facility.
The scope of this project entailed the renovation of an existing two-story 25,000 square foot structure, including the demolition of approximately 4000 square feet of space, followed by the new construction of three separate spaces totaling more than 7000 feet of space. Norris Acura West utilized the new square footage to enlarge its showroom area, as well as adding new sales offices.
Several years ago, Mullan Contracting renovated a 22,000 square foot building owned by Norris Automotive Group and transformed the structure into a new automobile dealership. The building, which was unused and unoccupied for approximately six years, required the updating of all HVAC and lighting systems to existing standards and a comprehensive interior renovation.
